Toolip.io offers refunds for orders canceled within 2 days of the original payment, as long as your total bandwidth usage is under 50MB.
You can monitor your current bandwidth usage in the Toolip.io dashboard to determine if you meet the refund eligibility criteria.

Toolip.io reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order or access to services if fraudulent, unauthorized, immoral, or illegal activity is suspected.
