# Network Access

> To protect toolip’s residential network, monitoring rules are applied to all traffic preventing customers from accessing domains outside their use case and toolip’s network policy.

## Quick Start with Immediate Access

Toolip allows its clients to immediately use their entire residential network within the framework of our Terms of Service.

### Install the certification

To allow access to the Residential network, **you must complete this step**. If you don’t, your code will get error messages, preventing a successful connection. **If you're experiencing issues** while using the Rotating Residential Proxies, it's likely due to a missing SSL certificate.

### Prefer not to install the certificate?

If you’d rather not install our certificate, you can choose to ignore SSL errors.

<Warning>Rotating Residential **does not support POST requests** and operates in **read-only mode**.</Warning>
