# Refund Policy

    Toolip.io offers refunds for orders canceled within **2 days of the original payment**, as long as your total **bandwidth usage is under 50MB**.

    You can monitor your current bandwidth usage in the [Toolip.io dashboard](https://toolip.io/dashboard/page/plans) to determine if you meet the refund eligibility criteria.

    To cancel your proxy and to get a refund, please follow our [Cancel Plan](https://docs.toolip.io/pricing-billing/plan-mods#cancel-plan) option. If you meet the criteria in our refund policy, the option will be available. If it’s not and you believe you qualify, don’t hesitate to [contact us](mailto:support@toolip.io).
