# Why Is My IP Marked as Suspicious?

If you've received a message stating that your IP is suspicious, it means our system has detected potential fraudulent or suspicious activity associated with your IP address. To ensure security and prevent unauthorized transactions, your purchase has been temporarily blocked.

### What Can You Do?

1. **Try using a different IP address**, such as a home network or a trusted VPN, and attempt the purchase again.

2. If the **Verify my identity** button appears, please complete the <Tooltip tip="Know Your Customer">KYC</Tooltip> form to help ensure the security of both your account and our platform.
