    If your desired country doesn't appear in the list, most likely we don't have IPs from that country right now, please check later.

  <Accordion title="Why i cannot use my ip directly instead of proxy.toolip.io?">
    Toolip leverages DNS-based proxy routing for improved reliability, security, and load balancing. This ensures seamless connectivity and better performance across proxy networks. Toolip allows only Search Engine ISP to use the IP directly.

  <Accordion title="Do you have a bounty program?">
    We currently do not have an official bounty program. However, if you could provide us with evidence of the vulnerability, we will review it and consult with management to determine what reward can be offered.

  <Accordion title="Why can't I create more than 1 proxy?">
    If you are facing issues when generating more than 1 proxy, please try clearing your browser cookies and cache to resolve this error.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why can’t choose proxy country before checkout?">
    Choosing a country will be possible via your dashboard after purchase, except Search Engine ISP which is US-only.

  <Accordion title="Can I reverse the rotation of my ISP proxies?">
    No, proxy rotation is final. Please double-check before rotating.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why I don’t see “Cancel Plan” option in Active Subscriptions?">
    If you can’t find the “Cancel Plan” button, this most likely means that you’re not qualified for a refund anymore. Either it's after the 2-day cap, or you've used more than 50MB.

  <Accordion title="Does your service allow accessing .gov websites?">
    Under the Residential plans you would not be able to access `.gov` websites.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What is our Acceptable Use Policy">
    Any use of the Toolip Services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities is strictly prohibited. Any such suspected use will be investigated.
    Forbidden activities include, but are not limited to:
    Collection of nonpublic information (i.e: data behind login)

    DDoS attacks

    Spam: mass posting any mail/message boards/irc/comments messages and images

    Ad fraud or click fraud

    Impersonation or spoofing for fraudulent purposes

    Creating fake accounts or content

    Use of automatic ticket purchasing (ticket-bots)

    Raffles, lottery, or gambling

    Fake engagement (likes, comments, shares, etc.)

    Gaming or trading of in games items/currency

    Reselling of proxies without Toolip's prior written approval

    Use of streaming related domains (videos, music or images streaming)

    Trading crypto/virtual currency or NFT

    Any Search Engine Optimization (SEO) manipulation (i.e: fake clicks in search engines results)

    Posting on classified, used, and resell sites (such as Craig's list)

    Completion of surveys in return for a benefit or anything of value

    Any form of activity that is in violation of applicable law or regulations or any third party rights)
